This (multi) award winning preserve is made with sun ripened Central Otago apricots. A tangy chutney which is a lovely match for creamy cheeses and chicken dishes. May we recommend spicing up your apricot chicken pizza with this spicy chutney? Ingredients: apricots (65%), white vinegar, sugar, onions, kumera, red pepper, ginger, chillies, salt. All of my products are handmade using simple, fresh and local ingredients wherever I possibly can.
