The dual action formula of Coloxyl with senna acts to soften stools and stimulate the bowel, providing fast constipation relief within 6-12 hours. It contains docusate sodium which acts as a stool softener, while senna stimulates the bowel to help push the stool out. Ingredients Each tablet contains: Docusate Sodium 50mg, Total Sennosides (calculated as Sennoside B) 8mg Dosing guide Adults: Take 1 or 2 tablets at night, increase up to 4 tablets if required. Caution Drink plenty of water and increase fibre in diet. Prolonged use of any laxatives is undesirable and may lead to dependence. Consult your doctor if constipation persists.
