Use and care:

- Oven safe up to 270 °C
- Dishwasher safe
- Freezer safe
- Can be used on electric and gas hobs
- Do not allow to boil dry
- Do not use in a microwave
- Do not use abrasive cleaning pads or cleaners
- Soak in warm soapy water to help remove any baked on food
- If baking in the enamelware, coat with a light layer of oil before cooking to help with cleaning after use
- Lemon juice can be used to remove stains including tea stains
