GoodLife Glass Fermentation Weight – 69mm

The GoodLife Glass Fermentation Weight is 69 mm wide and designed to keep the produce under the brine during fermentation – this helps to stop yeast and mould growth.

It's sized for standard wide mouth jars or those with wider openings.

Being glass, it's easy to clean and sterilise – dishwasher safe.

These work well in Le Parfait Super and Super Terrine jars which will self-vent as needed. Or you can use with a fermentation lid on a standard wide mouth mason jar.
