Dreamfarm Nocutu – Mandoline

The Dreamfarm Nocutu is a mandoline with a flexible finger guard allowing you to safely slice down to the last slice.

The adjustable razor-sharp Japanese stainless steel blade slices to 1, 2 and 3 mm thick with easy adjustment on the handle. The integrated non-slip foot folds out to securely raise the mandolin to allow slices to stack underneath. The flexible finger guard snaps on and doubles as a blade cover locking closed for safe storage.
