Made from 100% Cashmere, Soufflé is an light fingering weight yarn with subtle Donegal neps that add a soft character without bulk.

Nut fudge is currently the only colourway of Soufflé we have in stock.

Soufflé is soft and silky 4-ply yarn, able to hold definition and shape. Perfect for showing off intricate stitches and creating a luxurious fabric. Made from inner Mongolian Cashmere that has been sourced, spun and dyed ethically and sustainably.
