Matcha Bamboo Whisk - Sakura

Designed for traditional matcha preparation, this bamboo chasen helps create a smooth, well integrated cup with a light foam on the surface.

Finished with woven pink thread and a sakura charm, it brings a subtle decorative touch to your matcha ritual.

As each whisk is crafted from bamboo, natural variations in colour and markings are to be expected. How to use

Add 1 teaspoon of matcha to a bowl and whisk with approximately 50ml of warm water. Using a quick M or W-shaped motion, whisk until smooth and lightly frothy.

Enjoy as is, add more water for a traditional tea, or pour over your preferred milk for a matcha latte. Care

Before first use, soak the whisk tips in warm water to soften the bamboo.

After each use, rinse with warm water and allow to air dry. For best results, store on a whisk holder to help maintain its shape. Avoid soap, dishwashers and prolonged soaking.

As bamboo is a natural material, each whisk will vary slightly in appearance.
