They are suited for mason jars and are secured with a stainless steel ring (ring not included). Preserving jars generally work well with their two-part preserving lids like our 1 litre Glass Jar with stainless steel lid.
Perfect for Kombucha, Kefir, Kimchi, Sauerkraut and other lactic vegetable ferments. Use together with glass fermentation weights and glass jars.

Made from FDA approved, food-grade silicone and stainless steel the lids can be washed in the dishwasher and reused
