Wax Wraps for Bannetons

They have been manufactured for the round and rectangular bannetons we offer at KoruKai and fit them perfectly.
The round one can also be used to cover bowls of salad and leftover food and the rectangular one is great to wrap a snack on the go.
Please note that this product has been manufactured by hand and slight variables in size can happen.

How to use:

Simply cover your banneton with these wraps while your loaf has its final rise (at room temperature or in the fridge). A light dusting of flour on the top of the loaf prevents the dough from sticking on the wrap while the loaf is rising.
