Lemon Balm is an aromatic herb of the mint family and is grown for its lemon-scented leaves. It makes excellent herbal teas. Its a great culinary and medicinal plant and certainly one of our favourites. Bees also love it as it provides a good nectar source.

Medicinal Uses
Lemon balm is highly aromatic with a pleasant lemony taste. Besides being totally delightful, lemon balm has antiviral and antimicrobial properties and is a good source of vitamin C. It is often used to treat cold sores and fever blisters and to fight infection. It also has nervine properties that can reduce nervous tension, relieve agitation and help the body relax.
