Herbal Eye Bath and Compress

Directions:
Steep 1 tsp. of the herbs in 200ml boiling water for 10 minutes, strain and cool down until lukewarm. Submerge a soft cloth and wring lightly. Press gently on your closed eyes. Repeat a few times. Leftover liquid can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
Makes about 10 applications.
