Canistel Kotare Subtropicals

In the Sapotiaceae family, the canistel tree grows up to 10 m and produces orange-yellow fruit. Also called yellow sapote, the fruit is up to 7 cm long. The flavor is described as sweet moist pumpkin or creamy sweet potato. Can grow outside in a frost-free location. Botanical Name: Pouteria campechiana
