Misi Luki is the most common lady finger type banana plant grown in and among the tallest. It grows 3 - 5m in height with huge bunches of medium, fat fruit. Sweet creamy flesh once fully ripe otherwise can be hard and mealy. As it ripens the skin thins and becomes prone to bruising and damage to the flesh. Careful handling required when fruit is ripening. Plant in a sheltered and warm spot in rich free draining soil. Water, mulch and feed well. Classification: AAB ploidy
