Apple Tart, or tarte aux pommes, is one of the most popular French tarts. This apple tart is one of our personal favourites and a much lighter version than its American counterpart apple pie.

This delightful apple tart features a delicate sweet pastry filled with a fresh apple compote and just caramelized apple slices, very fresh and scrumptious!
