The NOVA Ruffle Off Shoulder Maxi Dress is designed with a statement off-the-shoulder neckline, it features cascading double ruffle layers in chiffon for a bold, feminine touch. The rest of the dress is crafted from thick jersey fabrication, offering a sculpting bodycon fit. A fishtail hem enhances the silhouette.

The off the shoulder frill has minimum stretch throughout the shoulder area but the body its self has a good amount of stretch.

You can wear this strapless or off the shoulder.
