You get what you measure! This is one of our key farm tools – an excel into which we input weekly all of our key metrics. The metrics automatically generate some selected key graphs so that we can easily and visually monitor our actual vs our target for our key metrics on a weekly basis. This tool is critical to every farm business. We would be lost without it. It also helps us to have a fantastic record week by week for all our seasons so that we can do a historical week by week comparison of any of the key metrics we measure eg mastitis, grass grown, feed, stock numbers.
