Thanks to built-in diopter adjustment and intuitive focusing aids, achieving razor-sharp results is effortless — especially when working with ultra-fast Summilux and Noctilux lenses at extremely shallow depth of field, or when shooting with ultra-wide, telephoto, or macro glass.
The high-resolution EVF displays the scene exactly as it will be captured — reflecting true framing, focal length, and focus distance in real time. All key exposure and shooting information remain visible while shooting, allowing you to stay completely immersed in composition without ever lifting your eye from the camera. It’s manual focus — perfected.
At its core lies a 60 MP full-frame sensor, delivering signature Leica image quality. And, like the M11-P and M11-D, the M EV1 features Content Credentials technology, providing secure image authentication for full creative and documentary integrity.
