Not Bratwurst

 

Runner-up in the 2020 Vegan Society Sausage Awards for Best Specialty Sausage. This bratwurst sausage is the classic banger your BBQ has been calling for.

Cooking instructions: pan-fry, rotating often, until the outside has lightly browned. If you are slicing the sausages to add to pasta/rice, we suggest doing this before cooking to get maximum caramelisation!

Ingredients: gluten, chickpea flour, onion, garlic, canola oil, miso, salt, pepper, spices
