A precautionary call for a safety check for a possible defect on the has been made from our supplier.

If you have purchased one of these, please check to see if it is Batch (04/20).

If you are unsure if your unit is possibly defective, or maybe unable to identify the batch number please reach out and we can send it back to the supplier and they can carry out the inspection on your behalf.

Any products found to be defective will be covered by Edelrid with a replacement to the consumer, so please reach out to our team to resolve this with you.

The most versatile belay and abseil device Edelrid created.

Made of solid stainless steel, it offers a high-braking performance in the event of falls and may be used for a variety of uses such as leading, seconding and abseiling.
