Frill Pant - Black

This is a new pant style we have developed is a slightly tapered version of the Cargo Pants with a cute side spilt and wee frill on the bottom. Very comfortable with an elastic waist that won't twist and a high rise.
Looks cool layered under dresses or on their own.
