What does Crazy Keiki do?
🌱 Triggers new leaf and stem growth
🌱 Activates dormant nodes
🌱 Brings bare, leggy stems back to life
🌱 Triggers growth in dormant plants
This is the original, genuine Crazy Keiki Cloning Paste from Southside Plants, made in the USA. Keiki is pronounced 'KAY-kee' (it means baby in Hawaiian). Originally developed for Orchids, but since used with amazing results on a long list of indoor plants.
Crazy Keiki lets you harness the power of phytohormones for good. The active ingredient is cytokinin, a group of plant growth hormones that trigger cell division for growing new leaves and stems.
Cytokinin's also been shown to help activate new growth further down on bare, dormant stems, making cytokinin effective even on older growth. A tiny pea-sized dab of this magic paste on a node is my secret to bringing balding stems and leggy vines back to life again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "Saw this product on the internet and had to get it for my poor balding plants! I have applied it to my plants and in a week there are new nodes and regrowth!"
What's in the box?
This kit comes with a 7ml jar of Crazy Keiki Cloning Paste and 5 wooden applicators and directions included. I'll also email you the directions and same tips shared on this page.
How do you apply Crazy Keiki?
Start with a healthy plant:
- Locate a bare node without a leaf,
- Using an applicator (included), apply a small dab of Crazy Keiki,
- Job done! Wait for the new growth to appear.
To improve results, use your shears or a knife to gently score above the node first. For thicker or woodier older stems, notch instead of score the stem above the node first. For an older woody stem on a Ficus or Fiddle Leaf Fig for example, use the notch technique. A notch means to cut a small wedge out of the stem, not more than 1/4 to 1/3 of the way into the stem, on one side. Use a paper towel or similar to dab the sap. Once dried, apply Crazy Keiki.
Here's about the minimum depth and shape you're aiming for when notching a woodier stem:
How much do you need to apply?
I use between half a pea to a pea-sized dab of Crazy Keiki per node. A half-a-pea sized dab is plenty for most small to medium sized indoor plants and orchids. An ear bud is ideal to use, plus there are 5 wooden applicators included in the kit.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ". had a few plants that got attacked by spider mites so had to trim all of the damaged leaves and wanted to see if I could fill some gaps. I put this on one evening and got a bit excited so kinda put some on all of my plants. Not even a week later EVERY SINGLE plant had new growth in every place I had put the paste. Absolutely blown away, I wasn’t expecting results quite like that."

Tips for best results
KEEP IT LOW
For best results, apply Crazy Keiki to basal nodes (the nodes closest to the soil that have more direct access to nutrients and water).
KEEP FEEDING
Remember to feed! New growth requires fuel. Fertiliser fills up your plant's tank, ready to support that new growth. Keep using (or start using!), fertiliser.
