The all-new AKIOS NITRON F-16 has been re-engineered from the ground up, every single component scrutinised, and refined and perfected were required. The result? A powerhouse long-distance casting reel that is, quite simply, in a league of its own.

The F-16 features a newly designed X-Frame tournament cage, CNC-machined from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminium. This ultra-rigid yet lightweight frame dramatically reduces distortion during the cast, delivering unrivalled stability and performance. The increased rigidity also allows for tighter spool-to-cage tolerances, and coupled with a newly designed spool, the F-16 enables the use of low-diameter lines right down to 0.32mm, unlocking extreme casting potential.
