Plantain is not your average banana! In fact it’s not a banana, think of Plantain as the savoury cousin. Our chips are handmade and kettle cooked using sustainably farmed Barraganete plantain. This unique variety of plantain gives our chips a ripe yellow colour and a buttery crunchy texture. Made wi
