Magnolia Sundew – Magnolia Grove

This is one of the best, clearest pinks available and has very little purple undertone. This was also raised by Amos Pickard in Kent, England, and is strongly reminiscent of the Todd Gresham hybrids derived from M. x veitchii. It also resembles M. San Jose very strongly in habit and flower form, but is a much clearer pink colour. It is a medium to large tree and will reach 5 to 6m in 10 years. It flowers very heavily from the first year.
