Experience the exquisite taste of the freshest Pacific Oysters, sustainably grown in the pristine Mahurangi Harbour. Each oyster is live and whole in its shell, ensuring top-quality freshness and flavor.

Oysters grown in a basket are more uniform in shape. They are from 75mm to 85mm long.

Place your order the night before harvest to ensure the freshest product. For instance, order by 6 p.m. Wednesday for a Thursday harvest and Friday delivery.

– Minimum Order: 2.5 dozen (30 oysters per tray). Orders can be made in increments:
– 1 = 2.5 dozen
– 2 = 5 dozen
– 3 = 7.5 dozen
– 4 = 10 dozen
