Single Origin - MEXICAN HONEY

This Mexican coffee is honey-processed, which means a little of the coffee cherry is left on the bean as it dries, giving it sweetness and a smooth mouthfeel. We love the flavours of milk chocolate, golden syrup sweetness, spice and subtle orange-citrus. Best prepared at home in a Pour-Over, AeroPress or French Press method.
