Makikihi Fries - 2 Scoops of Jacket Fries
BBQ Rotisserie
Preheat hooded bbq (with rotisserie fitted) to around 200ºC. Place fries in suitable fine meshed rotisserie basket and rotisserie for about 15-20 minutes.
Always cook Makikihi Fries from frozen.
Do not thaw out prior to cooking.
