Elaine Knox-Thompson and Suzanne Dickens were certified instructors of the Institute of the Horse and the British Horse Society; they were national instructors to the Pony Club Association and A & H Certificate Examiners. From 1963 to 1980 they ran the New Zealand Equestrian Centre at Te Ngae, near Rotorua.
This book tells you, in a lively and commonsense way, everything you need to know about training a young horse. Each stage is clearly illustrated with black-and-white photographs.
