Scallop Shell - Pounamu

This piece of Pounamu / Jade has been crafted into a Scallop Shell.

As Māori, we have a very strong connection to the Moana / Ocean. This Taonga was a welcomed break away from the more traditional Taonga that I carve. I hope you like it.

Made from a lovely piece of South Westland Pounamu.
