My print was created from an image taken whilst on a photo expedition at Mangawhai Beach on the East Coast about an hour out of Auckland. It was very early in the day and I spent a couple of hours at the beach often up to my knees in the water trying to capture what was simply an amazing morning. What I was trying to capture with my whole series of works was the juxtaposition of the real sense of movement and energy in the breaking waves, yet somehow the stillness and calmness of the morning. My print is my attempt to capture a little bit of that magic.

Print comes unframed and is 580mm x 700mm which includes a white border around each edge.

Prints are rolled in tissue paper and sent in thick cardboard tubes. Prints are couriered via Post which includes courier insurance. It is preferable to frame paper prints as soon as possible.
