Tasting Note: "As with all Little Giant releases this presents a fresh, full flavoured Merlot that delivers a medium bodied palate that’s smooth and irresistible. Dark garnet in colour, it presents aromas of vibrant raspberry and cherry. The palate is rich with flavours of dark cherry, chocolate, and soft tannins. Subtle oak provides structure and plays a supporting role to the rich red berry fruit. Pair with lamb shanks and polenta."
