HEATING GUIDE - DO NOT OVERHEAT : These are guidelines only, adjust heating times according to microwave watt and desired heat.

HEATING:

Heat in microwave for 1&1/2 - 2 minutes on a medium heat setting with a half filled cup of water to prevent the wheat from drying out. CARE MUST BE TAKEN WHEN HEATING & IN USE TO PREVENT BURNING OF THE SKIN.

COOLING:

Place wheat bag in a airtight bag and place in fridge or freezer for a minimum of 3 hours. Use as desired.

CLEANING:

Clean by using a lightly dampened sponge.
