Gomme (Cane Sugar) SHOTT Syrup

SHOTT Gomme is the perfect addition to any cocktail or non-alcoholic frozen beverage (slushy). Gomme creates silky smooth beverages. Gum arabic combines with water and cane sugar to form a thick velvety syrup that adds viscosity and balance.
