Colombia Samaria Risaralda - Natural
Finca Samaria has been in the same family for four generations. It started in 1934 when Gerardo Escobar Mesa and his wife Enriqueta arrived in Belén de Umbria, Risaralda — a small Colombian municipality where coffee isn't just a crop, it's the entire economy. They bought a small piece of land. Over the next few decades, Gerardo acquired neighbouring farms one by one until what had been a modest plot became Finca Samaria. Eighty years later, his descendants are still farming it.
ROASTED LIGHT FOR FILTER. This coffee is a natural processed coffee meaning it is higher in acidity and fruit forward with more fermentation flavours than our usual coffee.
