Ethiopian Washed v Natural Bundle

Ever wondered what the words 'Washed' and 'Natural' mean when listed on a bag of specialty coffee? This is the processing method it is the most distinguishing method of altering the flavour profile of a coffee.

Natural: usually has more fruit forward and fermented flavours.
Washed: usually has more rounded, cleaner and crisp flavours.
