KOHLRABI MICROGREEN SEEDS

Kohlrabi microgreens are the young, tender shoots of the kohlrabi plant — a member of the brassica family (same family as broccoli, kale, and cabbage). The very mild and gentle taste makes them a great intro microgreen for those who aren't used to the strong flavours of other microgreens.

FLAVOUR:

Mild, earthy, sweet, and slightly cabbage-like. They have a subtle earthiness with a very gentle peppery finish and are less spicy than radish or mustard microgreens.

USE ME IN:

Kohlrabi sprouts typically have bright green leaves with delicate purple/pink stems, making them not only tasty but also visually stunning on the plate.

Because of their mild taste, you can add kohlrabi microgreens to any dish for some extra added nutrients! They are great tossed in salads, layered in sandwiches, sprinkled on soups or blended into smoothies.
