Dawon Cushion Cover by Fischbacher (2 colours)

The DAWON Decorative Cushion depicts a crouching Malayan tiger hidden amongst banana leaves and fauna. The design is based on a painting by artist Rebecca Duckett-Wilkinson. The embroidered outlines of the design are combined with hand crewel work. For this centuries-old technique, which originally comes from Kashmir in the north of the Indian subcontinent, a particularly thick wool yarn is used, creating a design with intriguing depth and a soft handle.
