Soft 4.5 Wale Cotton Corduroy. Ink Navy

This chunky corduroy is wonderfully soft, warm and a versatile fabric. The wales (cords running lengthwise down the fabric) are ever so wider than our popular 6 wale corduroy.

This range includes saturated colours that can add both warm and a vibrant punch to your wardrobe. A great option for winter trousers, dungarees, dresses, coats and skirts.

Suitable patterns include the Terra Pants, September Coat, or Sanda Coat to name but a few sewing patterns.

The wale number refers to the number of cords per inch - in this case 4.5.
The fabric has a nap, so take this into consideration when ordering.
