Youha Breast Pump Flange Insert Kit

These flange inserts are what you need to ensure your pumping experience is both comfortable and effective. All of our Youha breast pumps come with a nipple ruler included which you can use to ensure you get the correct size flange for your breasts, or you can measure your nipples using a ruler at home prior to purchasing.

If you want to have options or you're not exactly sure which flange size you are, this Flange Sizing Kit includes 5 different flange sizes of your chocie so you can choose a range of flanges to suit your needs because not all nipples were created equal, and your nipples can actually change in size throughout your pumping journey!.

Our flange inserts are compatible with all of our Youha pumps & express cups - The INs, The INs Gen 2, The ONE & The Express Cups Plus.

This silicone breast shield/flange is a replacement part for The INs, The INs Gen 2 and The ONE Express Cups.

How to get the right fit with your Youha wearable pump.

Correct sizing of your nipples ensures you can remove the most amount of milk during your pumping session and be comfortable during and after pumping.

If using a regular ruler or measuring tape to measure your nipples, please check the chart below to see which flange size is best suited to you.

Flange Size Guide chart:
1. Make your nipples larger by stimulating them (do not skip this step).
2. Thole you select can comfortably fit the very bottom of the nipple.
3. Get the corresponding flange size according to the size chart.

By Nipple Ruler:
1. Hold the ruler with 0 lined up with the edge of one side of your nipple.
2. One the other edge of your nipple is the number in millimetres of your nipple diameter.
3. Nipples are not always the same size. Measure each nipple individually since you may not get the same measurement on the left and right sides of your chest.
4. Get the corresponding flange size according to the size chart.

By Circular Guide:
1. Place the nipple into the smallest hole you can comfortably fit into without forcing it.
2. Your nipple should fit completely inside the circle.
3. Make sure you can see your entire nipple inside the circle and right where it meets the areolar tissue.
4. The number in millimetres indicates your nipple diameter.
