Blue Dragon is a Chameleon Pigment meaning that while the powder itself looks white, it actually changes colour depending on the gel base you paint beneath it.

With a pearl lustre, this colour looks iridescent. It can be used for chrome effect, donut nails, or as a strong colour over a dark gel base.
