C’est Nous was founded by a French sommelier and an English gin lover who, in 2016, were inspired by the London gin revolution to started producing their own Normandy spirits.

Normandy is famous for its apples - not to mention its apple brandy Calvados - and this gin has local apple essence added to it after distillation, balancing out its flavours of juniper, orange peel and coriander seeds.

This aromatic gin is perfect in a Normand Gin & Tonic which combines gin, apple juice, tonic and fresh mint leaves for a long refreshing drink. 40% ABV
