Pacific is a blend of dairy free Vanuatu and Papua New Guinea 70% dark chocolate now specially prepared to help make your homemade hot chocolate extra rich and special.

Signature: our exclusive blend made on demand in store or found in our frozen hot chocolate recipe. Containing both dark and milk chocolates, this blend is rich and creamy with a deep cocoa taste without any bitterness.

Note: batch may be finer ground than picture to assist with your preparation at home.

Preparation instructions: put 35g into a cup, melt and mix with a small quantity of boiling water to make a fluid ganache, heat up milk of your choice and slowly pour in 150-170g to taste.
