A special release for the first time, our house 70% dark chocolate shards now specially prepared to help make your homemade hot chocolate extra rich and special.

Preparation instructions: put 35g into a cup, melt and mix with a small quantity of boiling water to make a fluid ganache, heat up milk of your choice and slowly pour in 150-170g to taste.
