The absolute all-rounder herb, commonly used in Kiwi, European, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern dishes. Gives a fresh flavour to soups and stews. Stir through pasta for flecks of vibrant colour and flavour. Parsley is widely used in Middle Eastern dishes including tabbouleh and pairs well with mint. Always add at the end of cooking to retain colour, or use as a garnish.
