HOW TO USE IT
Directions
Post-WLS: Take 1 tablet, twice daily (total 2 per day).
Pre or Non-WLS: 1 tablet daily.
Can be taken anytime, with food or on an empty stomach. Split tablets in half for easier swallowing if required.
Cautions
Seek professional health advice if pregnant, breast feeding, taking medication or suffering a medical condition before supplementing. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Selenium is toxic in high doses; Do not exceed the maximum daily dose of 150 micrograms. Contains Zinc; Excessive use can be harmful. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the seal is broken. Store in a cool dry place. No added yeast, starch or gluten. My New Tum's Multi contains a maintenance dose of Vitamin D3 and Vitamin B12 as required by the New Zealand Supplement Regulations. If you are already deficient you will require additional B12 and D3 supplementation to bring your levels back into normal ranges. Regular blood tests are advised.

Suitable for adults who are pre, post or no-op.
Does not contain iron. If iron is prescribed by your GP, avoid taking it within 2 hours of any other supplement containing calcium.
After WLS, the surface area and routing of your stomach has changed, meaning you can no longer absorb the same levels of nutrients from food as before.
Life-long, high-dose vitamin and mineral supplementation is critical following WLS and it's important to have annual blood tests to monitor your health.
Developed using ASMBS data, this contains a maintenance dose of Vitamin D3 and Vitamin B12 as required by the New Zealand Supplement Regulations. If you are already deficient you will require additional B12 and D3 supplementation to bring your levels back into normal ranges. Once this has been achieved, My New Tum a great way to maintain them. Consult your GP if you are unsure.
