Can I cancel, pause or skip (one or more products) anytime?

Yes! To do this, access the customer portal via the link received in your initial subscription email OR by sending us an email to hello@mynewtum.co.nz.

You can easily reactivate your subscription whenever you’re ready to do so.

You can also change your delivery and billing date after your initial purchase by logging into your customer portal OR by sending us an email to hello@mynewtum.co.nz.

VIP access is only for a limited time. What happens if I miss the deadline for signing up?

We will offer a standard 6% subscription service that is available to anyone, anytime.

Can I sign up to the VIP subscription service and pay using AfterPay?

Unfortunately, no. AfterPay is a third-party app that is incompatible with subscriptions.

What changes can I make to my subscription?

Every customer who places a subscription order can view and edit the subscription through a link which is contained in every subscription email. This link authenticates the user and allows the subscriber to edit the subscription without having to log in or create an account.

You can change your email address, edit shipping address, change the subscription interval, add/remove products, change the quantity of the products, skip future orders in the subscription and of course pause, resume, cancel and reactivate their subscription.

SHIPPING &

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and your location.

Within New Zealand, urban shipping is between $4.50 - $9.50 (depending on weight), and rural shipping is between $8.50 - $13.50 (depending on weight). Christchurch locals enjoy a reduced shipping rate between $4.00 - $5.00 (depending on weight).

Subscriptions are not currently available outside New Zealand.

When will my order be shipped?

Each billing cycle is determined by your delivery interval (30, 60 or 90 days) and your order will be dispatched the same day, Monday to Friday.

Policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us with the remaining product inside. To start a return, you can at hello@mynewtum.co.nz.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll email you a postage paid shipping label and the courier will collect it from your address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received your return, then you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cost of shipping is unfortunately non-refundable as this is provided by a third-party.
