An organic shaped sashimi plate featuring a beautiful pale grey glaze. Made of 'Minoyaki' porcelain, fired at a high temperature and hand finished in Japan. Each piece has a unique pattern determined by its position in the kiln during the firing process.

Traditionally used for sashimi this plate is versatile enough to use for sushi, dumplings, rice paper and spring rolls. Use for anything which has sauce accompaniments.
