These pigmented gel polishes shade-shift to reveal an ultra-glittery base with the coveted Cat Eye effect finish!

Application:
Use over your favorite black gel polish. Apply 1 coat and use the Magnet Wand to create a effect.

Once the desired effect is achieved, cure for 1 minute in an LED Lamp or for 2 minutes in a UV Lamp.

Apply your favorite Gel Topcoat to finish off the nail set.
