This is a pH-balanced award-winning toner formulated to soothe and hydrate your skin (camomile extract, 80%).

Your skin's pH is directly related to your skin's ability to fight against bacteria and environmental stresses, an off-balanced skin pH level may cause excessive oiliness, dry/flakey/rough patches, acne-prone skin, redness and tight skin after cleansing.

This product has an ideal toner pH level of 5.5.
