DIRECTIONS

Use 1 level teaspoon (1000mg) per cup (150ml) and infuse with boiling water for 5-10 minutes.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

- Adults and children over 12 years: 150ml
- Children 6-12 years: 100ml
- Children 1-6 years: 50ml
- Infants 0-12 months: 10ml

- Intensive detox: 3 x daily for up to 12 weeks
- Daily support: 1 x daily

For best results, take your first cup before breakfast. If taking additional cups throughout the day, take these before main meals.
