Directions for Use
Adults - Take one capsule daily (with food), or as professionally prescribed.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER CAPSULE: Colecalciferol 25 mcg, equiv. Vitamin D3 1000 IU. Contains encapsulating aids.
